YouthFit is a program designed for 9-16 year olds specifically with young, growing bodies in mind. We provide a safe, supervised environment for kids to get stronger, faster and more explosive through a combination of jumping, plyometrics, agility training, speed training and resistance training. Kids can take part in group sessions with friends or individual sessions for a little more one on one attention

  • Amber Land

    Owner & Founder

    Opening LAND has been a dream of mine since I was 16. I am passionate about helping people achieve and go beyond what they think they are capable of achieving. I love working with young athletes and first time gym goers!

    I am a former professional basketball player (Warwick Senators & Joondalup Wolves NBL1) and have a Master’s degree of Science in Exercise Physiology.

  • Charles Nix

    Gym Manager

    An extensive background in managing teams in the corporate world, both travel and in health and fitness. Over a decade of NBL1 Head Coaching experience with both male and female teams, highlighted by the 2020 championship and 2017 Men's Head Coach of the year. Head Coach of multiple state teams participating in National Championships as well as player and coach development manager for basketball associations. On top of this I have been the Manger for the Perth Wildcats and coached internationally.

    I have a Cert IV in Recreation (Sports Coaching) as well as a Cert III in Fitness (currently studying Cert IV) on top of my Level 2 Coaching Accreditation. I'm highly motivated to continue to grow the fantastic community we have at Land.

  • Patrick Stackhouse-Minson

    Strength & Conditioning Coach

    Completed a bachelors degree in Exercise and Sport Science, ASCA Level 1 Accredited Coach, 3 and a half years as a sports trainer at the West Coast Eagles, Strength and Power Internship at the West Coast Eagles and have spent almost 3 years at LPC including 5 months of practicum experience.

    I am passionate about pushing clients to become the best they can be!!

  • Hannah Vawser

    Strength & Conditioning Coach

    I have a bachelors degree in Exercise and Sport Science with Honours at the University of Notre Dame.

    I love working with all people in the gym but am especially passionate about women’s health and fitness. I think the gym can be a really intimidating space for women and I want to help create a gym culture that encourages women to be strong and beat the many stereotypes that prevent them from stepping into a gym!

    Strength & Conditioning Coach

    I am currently in my fourth and final year of University studying a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and Rehabilitation at ECU.

    I am passionate about working with athletes and helping them become the best version of themselves in and out of the gym
